The five secrets of natural bodybuilding success!

Accelerate your natural gains in bodybuilding by adopting the five secrets of successful bodybuilders and athletes

One thing I noticed about all successful people in bodybuilding and fitness is that their mindset is very different from that of their less successful colleagues. While I spent my time talking to many successful bodybuilders and athletes, I can say that there are many similarities between them.

Here are the 5 secrets of successful natural bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts:

1) They see failure as an opportunity to learn, make adjustments and try again to succeed, instead of seeing it as a permanent condition. No matter what you do for a living, you will face setbacks. Instead of letting these setbacks put you permanently out of use, use them to learn from them and become a stronger person. Each setback is an opportunity for personal growth and to learn what not to do in the future. The only time you fail is the minute you decide not to get up.

2) They have a successful mindset. In other words, when problems arise, instead of letting them interfere with your weight training program, they look for solutions to solve them. To be successful in bodybuilding, you need to have the right frame of mind. Strength training is a physical and extremely psychological effort. Obviously, we are all frustrated when our schedules are affected by work or any other circumstance in life that may occur. Life is full of monkey wrenches, in case you haven’t noticed and that doesn’t make it easier to carry out our training and meals. Therefore, we need to fight hard and plan ahead if we want to complete our training and meals. .

As bodybuilders, we must keep our eyes on the ultimate goal, which is always more muscle mass and less body fat. To achieve this, you must be consistent with training and diet. If, for whatever reason, the program that the bodybuilder has set is going to be compromised for a long period of time, the solution is to change the bodybuilding program to a program that fits the schedule … be flexible. For example, in my engineering days, there were periods when I had to work 60 to 70 hours a week, I changed my training to go to the gym 5 days a week, for 40 to 45 minutes of weight training. Since I didn’t have time to do cardiovascular exercises, I replaced the opposite muscles to get a type of cardiovascular effect (see my summary bodybuilding plan at the end of this article). It was all I could afford at the moment. I always tried to do my training before work, but if for some reason I missed it in the morning, I still had lunch for makeup or later in the evening after work. At worst, there was always the weekend for makeup sessions. Regarding meals, I always brought all my meals prepared and also enough protein shakes for the moments when I was really running away.
